This guys fronty is the best I've seen. Climbs anything, good lookin truck . Seen him alot in his friends videos from Vegas. Check out metalgwars videos you can see more of this guy just climbing anything in Vegas
@@seantruttmann8696 you made it look so easy. I cant wait to get out and cruz mine. I just bought a 2017 sv v6 4x4. just got my lift kit, just need tires and upper control arms. small lift to start maybe 6incher later. hehe thats what she said hahaha. have fun
I'll do a full walk around video if I ever get the vk swap finished. Still waiting on the intake. My build thread on club frontier is about the most complete build document out there but it hasn't been updated in a bit so the last couple items aren't listed. www.clubfrontier.org/threads/nomads-next-generation.113473/
It started as a Magnaflow 15580 ss cat back. I replaced the giant MF muffler with a Flowmaster 40 series and chopped the tailpipe off right behind the rear hanger, just behind the rear axle.
sean truttmann Thanks for the reply man. I take it the Flowmaster 40 series muffler is interchangeable with the MF 15580 piping? Or did you have to make any modifications for proper figment? Would I still get a similar deep, throaty sound without chopping the tailpipe?
The FM 40 series is a lot shorter than the giant MF muffler that came with the kit so it requires a bit of extra pipe but other than that it’s pretty simple. You’ll still get a good sound out of it with the full tail pipe but can’t tell you what it’ll sound like inside the cab as I chopped mine when I installed it. It’s a bit loud outside but absolutely no drone inside.
It’s way better than the Fabtech kit. Doesn’t have any of the horrible engineering side effects that Fabtech has with theirs (I used to have a Fabtech kit on a previous fronty). But their customer service (Calmini’s) is dismal at best and they don’t track inventory very well as they always seem to be out of stock on the kit. Other than that, it’s a great kit. FYI, I’m not using the rear blocks. Anything with 4” blocks will create noticeable axle wrap no matter who’s kit it is. Mine has custom Deaver leaf springs in the rear.
+James “James2k” Miller Sitting at about 8" front/7" rear right now. Calmini DB kit, Radflo 2.5 COs. PRG Titan swap with ARB'd 205, custom Deaver packs in the rear with PRG shackles, flip kit, custom bump pads and Radflo ext res shocks.
Thanks for the quick response, much appreciated.
So many good times there with my air force buddies!
Omg that frontier is a beast!!
Thanks! I affectionately refer to it as "The Big Hole in the Driveway That I Throw All My Money in."

Thanks much! It gets around pretty good.
That’s probably one of my all time favorite obstacles. Looks so much gnarlier in person, the camera doesn’t do it justice.

Totally would luv to see a review on Sean's truck. Tires wheels type of lift. So on. This truck is a mountain goat of a climber

That was awesome
Thanks! My favorite obstacle on Flat Iron for sure.
Well done!
What's you wheel and tire setup? Beautiful truck man!
Thanks! I think I had Pro Comp MTs at the time of this vid but it's currently running 315/75/16 Toyo MTs on Level 8 Bully Pro wheels.
Did you do a titan suspension swap? I was just wondering because I’m interested in getting it done to mine. By the way nice job
Thanks. Yeah, it's swapped and then some. Lockers front and rear and about 7" of lift at the moment running on 35" Toyo MTs
Level 8 bully pro wheels
What exhaust is that, is the question.
