Okay I’ve been looking into getting this cut for a few months. I’m curious how do you style your hair into the shape that it was cut in post-haircut? I’m other words after you do your wash day routine, does the hair fall into that shape or do you have to manipulate back into shape?

I hope this makes sense, but if you style your hair with your own products at home, It should eventually fall into the shape of your cut. Styling is basically all about direction. I style it in the way I’d like my curls to fall. Ex. If you cut bangs.. and you part your hair in the middle and try to style it/keep it on its sides, it won’t fall in your face. My hair is usually cut round so I style my hair in a round direction until my hair grows out and it’s time to get a shape up again. I really hope this helps 🫶🏾🫶🏾

Beautiful! Question- have you ever straightened your hair with this cut? I always wonder if the ends would look jagged or not.

Hi! I rarely straighten my hair, but I wouldn’t do it with this cut. Last time I straightened my hair it was grown out and not cut into a specific shape :)

I have a shorts video posted about how I sleep with my curly hair! Also it doesn’t matter what your hair looks like before the cut. As long as it’s in it’s natural state
