      It is so random as to which reactor gets a performance blocked😵‍💫😵‍💫. They make a reactors life so difficult. This performance looks and sounds awesome These 2 bands dancing together. The Kamis killed it. The devil horns, a nice touch. Two amazing bands, one awesome performance. They are a perpetual smile generator.😁😁😁. I believe this performance was a day or 2 after the MV release. Great reaction. 🦊 🖖❤

    "Buchiagare"=Get excited!
    "Bunbun" is an onomatopoeia. The sound of flying insects, etc. The girls are doing a flying choreography.
    "Fu Fu" is a voice that is added to liven up the atmosphere at karaoke etc.
    In Japanese it is called "ainote."

    Welcome back to the Foxhole.🦊🤘🐭
    This single just reached Number 1 US Billboard rock/metal chart for the first time for both bands!
    FOX_FEST Festival is the first festival BM held in Japan along with many more bands, they already did many live shows with the "festival" titles such Five Fox Festival along with Big Fox Festival in 2017, New Year Fox Festival, Legend Corset Festival and so on, but those weren't like here inviting multiple bands to play before them closing the show like a regular rock and metal festival.
    This live premiere were during BM setlist so the West Kami Band is playing, not EC band, and it was performed a couple of days after the official MV release.
    They cut the final part when Su said louder "Thank you Nico and Kevin from Electric Callboy" and all of them hug each other just like they did it again at Rock Im Park and Rock Am Ring recently.
    Fun fact: One of the singers said that it was kinda hard to do that dance move with the hand while moving the head at the beginning.
    Also at the end, during the third chorus, which btw was a BM suggestion to include (EC didn't want a third chorus), in the MV you can see them doing the same dance move waving theirs arms up and down, they wanted to do it in the live version but they failed and quit when starting with the wrong foot lol
    EC played this at Sweeden Rock recently and oc it wasn't the same without our girls, still cool thou ngl.
    After that they played with BM together once again at Rock Im Park during EC setlist and later at BM setlist with the girls wearing new badass outfits, they also did it yesterday at Rock Am Ring twice and there are two cool proshot clip already.
    Next suggestion:
    - YAVA! with Kami Band intro live at Five Fox Festival 2017.
    Kitsune up and see you next time.🦊🤘🐭

    Since you said you want to hear EC live - you absolutely must! I’ve see them 3 times, they really are that good. Their lives are also very well mixed. I forget which EC songs you’ve seen already but Hypa Hypa in Cologne and We Got The Moves (either Denver or…I forget where) are class, as are Pump It and Spaceman, all on their official channel. And yes, Kevin screams and Nico does cleans, though Nico backup screams and Kevin harmonizes cleans live - one of the reasons I prefer their lives to studios whenever possible; the blend adds richness!

    Thanks again from Japan 有難う💛。 I feel honored to have witnessed this performance 2 times at the venue of the two-day Fox_Fest festival 😍. On Day-1, the girls and Nico / Kevin hugged each other (and group hug) to celebrate the success of the live debut (heartwarming!!)
    The song was played in the BABYMETAL's setlist in the festival. So the band on this stage was BM's West Kami Band (Great!!). The interchangeability between the two versatile bands is good. Now the 3 girls and 2 boys are doing this song with EC band in EC shows and with Kami Band in BM shows, in two ways, in some European festivals 💛。

    Good ear. The 2nd, Are you ready was Momo. The Everybody was too. You can see her on the screen in the background doing it. The other one, they are all on stage and you can see her. In an interview, they did say it's her growls. They also said that Momo will be bearing her " Fangs " as a new part of Babymetal going forward. Something that they could not do before. The transcript was on Diodec's podcast. Again, good ear.

    Great reaction and good job picking up Momo's screams. I was in attendance for both days and here are some notes/answers to your questions:
    - The song was released just two days before these shows, but that's plenty of time for the fans to have prepared thoroughly and you can hear that with the "Fu Fu" shout outs at the beginning. The intro and outro to the song were actually quite a bit longer than shown in the video. This video is a compilation of both night's performances.
    - Momo definitely screams the second "are you ready" and both "everybody" parts at the end. The camera focused right in on her and she made specific gestures in the live performance.
    - This was during BMs set, and Kami band was playing. Since then they have played this song live at shows in Europe. EC played it once without BM, just a video of the girls on the screen with their vocals on a track. Other times they have played it twice on the same day, once during ECs set with their band, and then again later in the day during BMs set with the Kami band.
    - The "Bun Bun Bun" and "Fu Fu" parts are really more about Japanese pronunciation and they sounds they used to describe things. The "Fu Fu" in particular is really pronounced more like "hu hu" and is a common callout during karaoke sessions in Japan.
    Needless to say this song has been a hit and as @old_5.0 mentioned, they have been talking up their new "weapon" in the form of what they called Momo's "fangs" so we can expect more of that moving forward on any new music they release.

    "Bun bun" is a Japanese onomatopoeia, a word that phonetically imitates a natural sound. In this case, it basically means buzzing or humming, such as from the flapping wings of an insect or a running motorcycle engine. So it also has the connotation of shaking. "Fu fu" is laughter (like "haha" in English), with amused or mischievous connotations. The 'f' is very soft, almost an 'h'.
    Another example: "kon" is the Japanese onomatopoeia for the sound foxes make, which you hear in Megitsune.

With such a Pacjage Moa might Kasten mire than 10 years and they could earn considerable amounts of money. I went to Japan for FOX_FEST and I was in the pit for the performance of this song on both days. It went incredibly hard live and the pit was the wildest one I've been in in Japan. Bun could be a reference to Boom, but in Japanese there is no single M sound, there would have to be a vowel after it as opposed to N where there is a single N sound . So it's just a variation but probably is referring to the same thing.
    Same thing with Fu Fu, there is no singular H sound and when you pronounce Wu; there is no Wu, it's spelled Fu and the F sound is halfway between an H and an F. Just one of those different rules in Japanese.

  • @yukiofurusawa6109
    @yukiofurusawa6109 Před měsícem +2

    "BUN" is same as boom. In Japanese, "boom" expressed as ブン or ブーン. "bang" expressed as バン. Sun express as サン. ン means n, ng, m sound. As basically corresponds to "n", Japanese ブン expressed as "BUN" in alphabet.
    In english, th of "that" is not same sound as th of "threat". but both expressed as "th". "BUN" is same case.

  • @BlackArr0w
    @BlackArr0w Před měsícem

    Yeah, EC said they wanted BM to sing something like BOOM BOOM POW, but BM changed it and it sounds even better 🤣
    EC said how FUFU is a really Japanese thing, typical in Karaoke bars. And the whole crowd was chanting it, so it was a really well thought change BM did!
    GJ noticing that in the second Chorus Nico sings alone! It got me really surprised too
    And yes, the second was Momo, but was on a backtrack most likely.
    I don't believe she has ever screamed live once yet

    Well, we know how it ran on this Song, Nico and Jevin just talked about it. It was no long time planned Marketing Move, instead The Song went from Japan to Germany and vis versa multiple Times and after Version 20 they suddenly realized, they had something, just two weeks before FoxFest. This would mean, bith Crews went extremly busy. We have to release the Single, we have to release the video, then we could release it at the FoxFest and Rock am Ring. We have to do it. So, no, no Well planned Marketing Move but pure Luck.

    Fu! Fu! They did show Momo scream on the big screen, but editing made it a super quick cut.
    The “everybody” scream should be Momo and Kevin, but I think they’ve been switching that back and forth. I don’t believe Momo did the screams in the festivals in Europe. EC and BM already performed this 4 times together, and EC did a 5th by themselves in Europe, not including Fox Fest of course.
    My favorite part is still Babymetal dancing with Kevin and Nico at the end. Looks like 2 cool uncles and their 3 nieces just jammin’ hahaha.

    [Post Chorus]
    Bu-chi-a-ga-re! Bun Bun Bun
    1) The English for "buchiagare!" is "fly high!", but in some cases, it is used as a slang which means "get hyped up!".
    2) "bun-bun" is the onomatopoeia for buzzing sound of an insect like bee. That's why they are dancing like that.
    3) Japanese language doesn't have the sound of F, so "Fu-Fu" is pronounced as "Hu-Hu".
