    i've watched hundreds of videos out there on a wide variety of topics on sound engineering & this is definitely up there, if not the best. just in terms of structure, simplicity, fundamentals, & positive engagement. i was watching this video & even surprised myself half way through like "damn, this thing is going by fast." or at least it felt that way because it was well put and FUN.
    this industry SHOULD go down for all the things it exploits in the musician as an individual. all the superficiality -- our process, learning & success SHOULD be fun. GREAT idea with the 808 example ! very interesting idea to add at the end of this ; something relatable that most listeners know : 808.

    This is really interresting from beginning to end, and initially I thought it was gonna be a been there done that scenario when I first looked at it, especially when cycles per second = hz, but this was well explained that I actually learned something on the specifications of sound in general. I kind of find it funny how the 808 kick was just a regular kick + a side chained ~57hz (and I had to get my headphones as I was on my phone while watching this), and how it was an accident to begin with.

    if you want a little better experience with the audio/voice:
    Windows: right-click on sound-->Sounds-->Playback--> right click on audio device --> properties-->tab enhancement --> tick loudness EQ & go to settings put the slider -1 long
    its going to compress alittle bit but u can hear the voice better and the background music is in the background now

    so when we lower the pitch in a DAW, we're "slowing down" the waves that make up the sound?

    • @DonZiglioni
      @DonZiglioni  Před 2 lety

      Well... I don't really want to say anything technical about that to mess up your understanding of it. Cause yeah, you can look at it that way! Just know, more specifically as you vision this - The **cycles per second (frequency)** is slowing down. NOT the speed of sound slowing down... lol. Like I said... I think you understand it the way you need it! - Venture into in depth details at your own risk!! Probably best under my supervision, on this channel. lol

    Damn, for a video about audio, you didnt think to consider that the background music was a bit too high?

      Thank you for your feedback. The video was made during simpler times sir... Everything is clear and audible - So the information is there for those who want it. I will take this in consideration for future videos.

    tnx tnx tnxxxxx ur da besttt I just want to learn what instrument should be in 430hz in music and why is 440hz is harmful and how to change it and... plzz

    • @DonZiglioni
      @DonZiglioni  Před 3 lety +1

      In Theory, any instrument can be tuned to whatever you want! The 440 argument is mostly myth and conspiracy that really just depends on what YOU believe. I believe sound and music has that power... but what is right vs. Wrong, I can't say. Rick Beato has a cool video about it. I will share the link. I'd say, experiment, figure out your beliefs, and see what makes YOU feel comfortable!

    i am a new learner. i am being covertly acousticaly harrassed and its psychological torture.
    I have recordings that i have been doing to prove that these are not audible hallucinations. I have caught some unkown voices and i rules out that it is real by using a spectrogram. I visually seen the frequency and the decibel meter also shown there was something there. I am trying to figure out how they could hide behind frequencies and expose them to prove that my audible hallucinations were just harrassment and torture by actual people abusing using their knowledge.

    Bell did NOT invent the phone, Antonio Meucci, an Italian inventor, did. He did not have the money to renew the patent and died in abject poverty. Finally, the United States House of Representatives passed a Resolution on June 11, 2002, honoring Meucci’s contributions and work

    2:19 "If a tree falls in the woods, and no one is around to hear it, therefore there is no brain to perceive it, then it does not make a sound."
    so this means, that if a tree falls in the woods, and no one is around to hear it, see it, taste it or touch it, therefore there is no brain to perceive it, then it does not make a sound, picture, smell, taste or a thing to touch. It means if there is no you, I or anyone, there's no earth. So is it means the entire world is born in our mind?
