    Tune in to learn what constitutes a preferred buyer, which is based on the number of deals they’ve closed in the last 12 months, the amount of direct or indirect experience the buyer has in the same niche as the seller, and the percentage of financing the buyer requires in their offer.
    These rankings are very helpful to look at if you’re a buyer looking to improve your standing in the eyes of brokers and to improve your chances of closing a deal.
