- Chattanooga has a lot of abandon houses. There is literally one on every street in the inner city. This offseason I'm going to cleanup up as many as I can the Mow It Wells way! Join me this fall/winter as I do free lawn makeovers for abandoned house in my city.

You do a great job! You don't just trim the bushes, you sculpt them. Bravo!
He does a good job in shaping them. He needs to improve on making them symmetrical and to make the top level to improve their appearance.

Yes I agree. A lot of TL.C.iam a subscriber. It's a blessing his team helps people. The vets need homes.homeless. rent should be reasonable for them. Less breaking also,when abandoned properties Re finally used legally.

For starters, the shrub trimming is fantastic. Transformative.
Some of the bigger cities have a website that shows the addresses of abandoned houses. Years go, we used to be able to "claim" them, just by moving in and then showing that we've made an improvement within a year, like adding a fence, removing a dead tree, or replacing the old wiring. Thank you for the work you do. I don't have money to donate, but I've subscribed, LIKED, and will write comments.
Do you mean you can make improvements on these abandoned properties and move in? Is that legal?

Ask your city if this is legal. Could be a great way to acquire property to live in or rent after remodeling. 😊
That's called squatting. People own those properties even if they don't reside in them. It's still private property. It's now illegal in Florida but anyone can do it in NYC, including illegal aliens! The police actually arrest the homeowners if they try to remove them from their own property! This country is fecked up!
If they sell this well maintained house after your landscaping, I think you should get a commission.
Change begins with oneself, we can’t control others we can only control our own actions. But you set a example of helping others, kindness and generosity, now that is a real agent of change. Doesn’t look like the same house, great job.
You do great work and the transformation is incredible. You need to fast forward some of your work that takes a long time to complete. The trimming hedges was enjoyable to watch.
Yep, I agree. He needs to double up on his editing speed and cannot keep it on real time. I got bored watching this video after a few minutes. I wished the video was a little speedier, 2X or 3X faster.

Great transformation. Now, it actually looks lived in . The house looks like it's still in good shape. Nice piece of property. Hopefully, someone will buy it and make it a home. Love that you took the time and did some nice trimming on the bushes and removed those voluntary trees next to the house. Made a big difference in the curb appeal.
I don’t know what it is about these video but they are addictive, like potato chips you can’t watch just one. Seriously what you do is amazing. Like watching a magic show, with the big reveal at the end. Thank you for sharing with the journey one yard at a time. I kept waiting to see someone peek out from behind those curtains on the windows.

I have to say that a lot of the guys that do these videos on abandoned properties, don’t bother with the trees or bushes, (like they should) or fixing a door to make the home look less abandoned. I often wonder that too ! When people buy these huge properties, do they even factor in the “work” it would take to maintain and keep it looking good ….. for a long long time !
I've been wondering that myself! Seem to be a common thread in every the lawn rehab guys do. May have something to do with corner lots having ddl or almost ddl the lawn, plus the back yard is usually visible from the side street. too.

That's a nice little house in a nice older well established neighborhood cleaned up really good and with the double lot the possibilities are almost endless from a starter home to a investment property to selling the second lot so a second house can be built or even for a couple of empty nesters looking to downsize

My ASMR hearing lawn mowers annoyed me when I was younger but I’ve gotten so used to it now in my 40s it just reminds me of nice lawns and happier times. I guess we are still doing good because to mower is running lol

Great great job! I have been banished from trimming the burning bushes on our property. So i like snow cone shapes how was i supposed to know the bottom is where all the new growth comes from. I learned a lesson… not like i killed them!
