Sahar is the story of Kabani, a woman who has always tried to box herself into what society dictates, should be her life. Too comfortable in her zones, she has never wanted to break the norms. She has been happy living her life set to the accepted rules...or is she?

Wow! Wonderful movie! Kalyani, you’ve written it so beautifully!! I loved how kabani keeps a good & healthy relationship with Sudheer. People always think once you part your ways with your spouse the relationship is always sour. Continuing a good relation with him shows how mature Kabani is. Also the fact that mom n son aren’t in constant touch makes the audience understand that you aren’t in good terms with him just because his mom lives with you, but it was your personal choice.
That irritated expression you show when you tell him to quit smoking has more meaning to it once we realize that he was your ex.
Loved how beautifully you’ve showcased the MIl & DIL relationship. Also loved their ‘who cooks today’ deal 😀. Mini is super cute. And you look gorgeous. But why just ‘little’ kajal? Go easy on it on your next date. It looks beautiful on you 😊.
Everybody’s acting, music, background score, camera work everything is just perfect. Overall great job team 👌👌👌

Rishte dil se bante hai...shown beautifully in this movie. Where two women share the warmth of mother and daughter without being biologically related. One cannot resist smiling, when Mini, as mother comes on the screen. Her chilled-out attitude to enjoy even frivolous things, without caring a damn about “Log kya Kahege” is amazing. Kalyani as Kabbu, who resists taking a step ahead in life due to her failure in past, gel beautifully in the character. Adding more stars to Sahar is a piece of music that touches you deeply. A big round of applause to Kalyani, Usha, and all the actors and crew👏🏻👏🏻.Must watch guys!🙂

Such a beautiful story brought out by excellent set of actors. Party scene cinematography could have been better. But apart from that scene this movie looks like a dream . Wish how the mother in law the society can be like that non judgemental. Mini di looked the cutest . Aur hero ka number milega kya 😁. We need more such films . Hats off to the whole team .

Very cute film! Loved the acting of Mini Di being such an open and bindass lady. Deepak looks so amazing and fit for the role. Loved the cameo of Guru. Kalyani awesome direction and you look very gorgeous especially in the scenes where you are shy! Loved the music. Great job guys 😊

Enjoyed watching this short movie. Good take on how relationships can be positive. The MIL- DIL relationship is endearing. The acting seemed effortless. Overall Could be a lil more crisp with slightly improved editing. The message and the music will linger. Kudos on the debut director and the whole team. 👍
