A lot of ppl don't understand why this is such a crucial rivalry. It goes back in to the middle ages where the cities already fought each other over the local supremacy of lower saxony. In football this just became more intense since they took Braunschweig over Hanover as a founding member of the Bundesliga back in the 1960s, even though Hanover had the higher viewer count, the higher budget and a more succesful recent past with the championship in '54. FUCK BTSV!
You do not understand that footbal (soccer) is much more important to people in the rhein-ruhr area, than to those cold hearted lower-saxonies. So the derbies in the rhein ruhr area are much more heated and so on...

in den oberen Heim Bereichen kannst du dich recht frei bewegen, weil die West und die Nord die gleichen Buden haben, daher verschwimmt das etwas. Kannst dich aber nicht überall frei bewegen. Manchmal wird es strenger kontrolliert und manchmal auch nicht. War oder ist in HH ähnlich.

You hit a nice niche market with your videos! Every football fan likes to watch your videos. We are glad you put ultra action in a positive enthusiastic light. Usually media criticizes every little fart of the scene as we call it in Germany. So your videos are balm for our souls.
Just make sure you convoluse the faces if you have any ultras/hooligans up front in your camera. Can't wait to see more of your videos. Don't just focus on derbies. Go to see the games in big stadiums with decent ultra scenes. E.g Dortmund, Frankfurt, Nuremberg, Kaiserslautern, Dresden, Rostock. Make sure to watch as many games as possible till season comes to an end. Will be beneficial for you and your audience.

Dude, in this area living 5 Million people and you can explore a lot of different things. A big melting pot of cultures. PLEASE come and enjoy

Ihr kennts euch wohl überhaupt nicht aus. Durch die Trennung in Ost- und Westberlin hatten die beiden Vereine nie wirklich was miteinander zu tun. Die Herthaner sind sogar öfters zu den Unionern rüber, und es gab ne Fanfreundschaft.
Da kennt sich aber jemand überhaupt nich aus. Die Fanfreundschaft gibt es schon seit ewigkeiten nicht mehr, inzwischen können sich grade die Jüngeren vertreter beider seiten nicht mehr riechen. is n ganz "normales" Stadtderby.
Ich habe geschrieben, ,,gab" nicht gibt. Ein richtiges Stadtderby ist es nicht weil es gar keine Historie der Feindschaft gibt wie zum Beispiel in München zwischen rot und blau. Und dass die Herthahools Bock auf Stress haben is sowieso klar.

So although I'm born and raised in Hannover I've never seen the "inside" of those marches and stuff...Pretty scary but also so energetic...10/10,wouldn't go there :D
