A woman reporter discovers a Defense Department project to create androids from the bodies of Vietnam soldiers, to be then used as an elite anti-terrorism unit. The cook hauled up a customer by his clothing - putting his hands on the other man in the process - in a gesture that is legally recognized as "assault"; the cook then clearly threatened violence against a customer who did not know how to pay for meals (while ignoring the possibility of engaging in diplomacy with his lunch companion). Following this, the customer made it clear that he was willing to defend himself. Cook takes a swing at customer...and the rest is history.
You folks - defending a proprietor who responded disproportionately to a minor conflict - are, in a word, "crazy". In the absolute worst case scenario, local law enforcement should be contacted to mediate a dispute.

And the guy on the far left at 1:30 was spur guy in Double Impact, and the Spaniard in The Quest (Peter Malota, and he's actually Albanian). I believe the guy on the far right of the three is Brick Bronsky, who was also in The Quest as the Russian Fighter. I don't think either of them are credited in this movie as actors though, but Peter is credited in stunts.
