If you have experience with stepmania or another dancing/rhytmn game before you play, reading arrows will be much easier, and if you are pyhsically fit stamina will come easier to you. Theres also a form of talent...me and my friends started around the same time, and although I'm alot more fit than them, we have played basically the same amount and i can pass Max 300 while he they cant pass healing vision angelic mix. Pratice makes a big difference, but keep these in mind.
If anyone can answer me please : does it take more talent or more practice to get to a pro level and be able to do it? (if so how long?months or years?) I am a beginner and I can hardly "see" all those arrows...let not speak about "doing" them on the pad!
i find him rarely cheats footworks like other top players do when he plays which is amazing. like on bloodrush usually ppl just disregard the pattern on the slow and beast it, but he doesn't.

It's definitely practice. How fast you progress may be more closely attributed to talent, though.

Of course stamina and technique are big issues, which is why you still need the pratice. It just makes it easier to learn.
