After I clicked on the PSQL tool I was prompted "Configuration required
please configure the postgreSQL Binary path in the preferences dialog"
which is different from yours
Please I will like you to help me out on this

1 - on top left corner, click on file in pgAdmin 4
2 - choose preferrence
3 - navigate to paths on left side
4 - under paths click on Binary Paths
5 - on the right side, under PostgreSQL Binary Path
6 - put the path to your bin folder in correct version you are using.
Your bin folder is in eg. "C:\Program Files\PostgreSQL\16\bin"
7 - close pgAdmin 4 and open again. Then it should work!
