Side Draped skirt

This tutorial video guides you through how to draft, cut and sew a side draped skirt from start to finish. It is beginner friendly and is explained in the simplest terms. Measurements needed are waist, hip, skirt length. The more material you have the more draped effect you get. I advise you use like 2yards of material or more.
Step 1: draft out a simple straight skirt
Step2: slant your lines to form the draped effects
Step3: mark out the distance from one strip to the other and create a triangular shape connecting them
Step 4 : cut out
Step5 : join the draped effects at the front together( as in the video)
Step 6: join the front and back pattern of the skirt, add your hand and zip and close all rough edges
