My question concerns the reference letter for the scholarship: can we get a letter from our professor as an academic letter or does it have to come from the university administration?

For instance, it can be the HR manager, or the head of the organization, as long as the person can comment on your work on behalf of your employer. How civil society know us in detail?

no. Karolinska has its own and others can have their own format as well. but it is not the case always. sometimes you don't even need to upload a CV at all. for example, umeå university only needs your 2 years of experience as an optional requirement.
Thanks a lot Dr. Kirubel. I have a question for Dr.Yohannes. During initial university application we need to fill CV template and information provided should be verified by certifiying documents. So do I need to upload certifying document related to work experience written by my employer?
yes, that is true. Make sure it has official letterhead, stamps and signature.

One question I have regarding the English Language proficiency documents is on the University admissions portal it is clearly stated that students from Ethiopia do not need to present English Language Proficiency documents. Wouldn't that be considered as a confirmation not present our English proficiency documents? Let me know.

You are right, and if you are just applying to only to this scholarship, you won't need it. But i won't recommend applying just to one scholarship in one cycle. To apply to all you need IELTS.
they clearly stated that the bachelor certificate itself serves as a language proficiency. no need to upload medium of instruction. keep insisting on the written instruction.
You don't need to provide English language proficiency as a student from Ethiopia. you don't even need to send it as it is clearly stated on the website that you don't have to send what you were not asked to provide. they state that it prolongs your application processing if you do so.
Kirubel & Yohannes would you mind if you explain how to pay application pay being in Ethiopia please?
It still is one of the major bottleneck for us. You have find someone to pay it on your behalf.
