      Moving people and other elements around is done basically the same way the moved the top part up.
      Use the position parameters to set a keyframe, then move playhead, and move the cutout to add another keyframe.

      Right? It makes sense to change the way we create portfolios or share our work online.
      Obviously not all situations will allow a moving drawing 😅
      But we've got to be open for new approaches.
      I'm glad I could give you a head start!

      I imagined PowerPoint could indeed achieve something like this! But the cool thing about AE is the compatibility with the other Adobe programs.

    Hello! This is so interesting!!
    Is it possible to do animation like that in Adobe Illustrator?
    Can this animation work with Premiere too?

    • @brock623000
      @brock623000 Před 3 lety +2

      in premiere pro yes, in illustrators no:)

    • @LearnUpstairs
      @LearnUpstairs  Před 3 lety +1

      Hey Derek! Just like VR just said. Illustrator has no video timeline built-in. Premiere is a bit limited for animations like this but it can handle simpler ones.
      Also if I'm not mistaken, Photoshop has a timeline that you can do some video editing

    • @derekbehr8365

    Can you please give me a highlight for axonometric cut away. Like in 8° in 3ds max using a mesh.

  •  Před 3 lety +1

    Really nice ! Can we do that in Pr maybe ?

    • @LearnUpstairs
      @LearnUpstairs  Před 3 lety +1

      Thanks, Délhio! Yes, you definetly can. Since we only used parameters like position, scale, and opacity. Premiere can handle it alright! It even has ease easy and graph editor (although very limited).
      But it's important to know that Premiere is used more to put together films and make overall edits, not so much create animations and individual compositions like this one.
      So if want to make more complex things with more effects, my suggestion is to use After Effects.

    With blender this tut could be jusy 5 min 🤷‍♂️

    • @LearnUpstairs
      @LearnUpstairs  Před 3 lety

      A 5 minute video can hardly cover anything 😅
      But I bet blender can do stuff much more complex than that. I'd love to do something using it.
      The good thing about using AE is that you're not actually doing the animation using a 3d model, but instead the finished image from illustrator/photoshop (which allows you to do much more than a 3d software, in terms of representation). And that is a big ad for me.
