How is it that you think native American people would know what a gorilla is
Excellent question!! We know know about the western interior seaway and how it split the United states in half during the cretaceous period 145-65 million years ago. So... my guess would be either gorilla's were here or they knew about them from ancestors or nomadic travel.
Or the Native Americans didn't make them and they are older. I have another video on them. I'm finding faces that remind me of easter island stuff. czcams.com/video/AisyBxYT5Pk/video.html
@@Creekstain Primate profiles are as common as the human faces that we are seeing. Maybe they were " Big Foots " or the last of the Neandertals that they co-existed with.
@@miketuhrorocks1807 I like your thinking!
Maybe it's a Bigfoot, or gigantopithicus
That's some good weed you have gotten a hold of
Haha! It takes a minute but once you see them you cant stop. I have learned a new way of filming them and will put out better footage from here forward. Look up Faces in the Stone, countryboy archeology, and slingblade 2022 Paleo Stone Hunter. And Jim Gaskins from wyoming PBS channel
What's weed have to do with this video eh??
Jack that's funny but not the case. Some people just can't see them. Some can. I'm in the latter group.
@@Creekstain maybe in mine but not creek stain come on Jack lol 🤣
@@SLBLADE haha! 🤣
Holy crap! My driveway is loaded with effigy stones. That explains all the skinwalker activity in the area.
I'm glad you have them in your area! Study them. You'll find the same depictions over and over, same shapes and cuts, over and over. This was global. Same art.
I recommend using fire. Light a taper candle and hold it near the flame from different angles. If there is a carving of a human face or a animal in the stone you will see it.
I have yet to do this! I don't have a good exuse as to why I didn't. I usually get so excited I blurt film them haha
Yes, I agree!! It's the angle, slowly turn the stone little by little. It's like a picture flick and once you see the images, the other images appear as if the same artist did the drawings. If you get used to the proportions of the artist, then it's easier to detect in almost every rock. .... No joke.
The first one I wound clasify as natural strictly based on not seeing what i always see present on a worked piece. When they worked these stones you generally see small circles, nice curves on the cuts and straight indents. This msy also include a nice grip area. Your first stone didnt seem to have those common variables. The more I came across the easier it became to identify. Keep up the search. I could always be wrong on your piece.
Thank you for your opinion! I appreciate it! They are so old and worn they can be tough to spot. Some have conchoidal fractures and some don't. I could be wrong too. I've learned a lot in a year and a half studying the art. Things get weird when you start finding doubles and triples of them. Made into the same shapes and depictions. You'll see others find the same things globally. Some pieces were strictly used for cerimonial uses like rituals and burials.
@@Creekstain I'm going to sign into my main account and upload a video from yesterday for you to check out. I went back to my hot spot for the first time this year. I'll comment so you'll know it's me and can see my haul from yesterday. Last year, I got tired of getting effigies and arrowheads after a few weeks. The fun is searching. Cache upon cache within feet of one another. Heaven at first. Cottonmouth King is the channel.
@@CreekstainFinally made it. Check out my effigy video I just uploaded on my channel. I'd like to hear your thoughts. I have dozens of videos from last year that I had planned on sharing, so I need to start small first.
You have a great eye and find great stuff! Keep them coming!
good eye...your a very smart person to see what you see kudos brother and much love
Thank you!
Just a pile of rocks Creek Stain. Guess its wishful thinking.Peace
Thank you for your opinion
His opinion is fact.
@@EvanRobinson85 thank you for all of your comments. Although some are not necessarily anything I agree with, they do help push my video out to others to help spread the word. So for that, I thank you!
Absolute insanity nothing but rocks. Can't believe how many of these crazy posts or videos are being made. Going to make everyone out there ignorant. So damaging, take these rocks to a professional so they can educate you.
Ignorance would mean I would be lacking knowledge of something.
You're lacking knowledge of effigies, is what you're lacking. Sorry buddy, but your video is misinformation...
@@EvanRobinson85 everyone can tell who the one lacking knowledge is. I don't have the time, nor the energy to expell trying to convince you. There are plenty of people that agree with me. There are museums and books on them if you are interested.
You know how we have all looked at clouds and seen familiar shapes? Just saying.
These are animorphic effigy stones but yes I know what your talking about. These images don't float into place. They are carved. Thanks for checking it out!
the lines show up under dim light and look down the side of the stone....now know they are all the same
Great info! Thanks man!
Rocks from the creek. Vivid imagination and to much time on his hands
I have videos posted on the piece in the thumbnail showing the images and symbols on it. Thanks
Imagine that
With that imagination you’re likely to find a “Viking” code for the nuclear codes in the shape of a goat
@@davidwilliamson4937 I just use my eyes. You don't have to imagine something when it is in front of you in physical form. I don't imagine my truck sitting outside. It is sitting outside. I use my eyes to look, yep truck is sitting outside. Indigenous stone art is no different. I use my eyes to see the carvings and symbols they left on stones. I am sorry if you cannot see it. Perhaps you should subscribe. I get people reading rocks. 🗿 🪨 🪶 🏹
Imagination gone wild. Seeing things that aren't there. Do the spirit voices talk to you too
❤👍 beautiful rocks nice video 👍👍👍👍👍
Thank you, I truly appreciate you!
Take those rocks to any geologist or archeologist. Research native American stone art....youve got natural rocks with an overactive imagination😊....
Effigies. Ya got low oxytocin levels, I can't help that.
I would be more than willing as long as they are not from the united states. Other countries openly discuss these effigies. They are so old and worn many are unrecognizable.
Sorry to inform you but all you have are natural stones no manipulation by man at all
Although I'd have to disagree, I do value your opinion. Thanks for checkin it out David.
Are u serious?? Dude been programmed really well eh??
David how do you know? You’re looking at them on a video, and are not really letting us know why these are natural stones and not manipulation by “man”. 😅
@@Creekstain so you can report M3 max for bullying. But he did it in this, and then he did his own. Just report it and then block them. You don’t have to put up with it.
@@FacesintheStoneShorts I may. I may post the comments in a community post as well. I know the laws.
It's called pareidolia. It's not a disease. I have it and boy the rocks tell a huge story!!! There are characters that are the same no matter what rock it is or where the rock came from. I can see the story. Lol anybody else??
Yes. Anyone who has ever carved a pumpkin or drawn a stick figure, used Pareidolia to do it. It is needed to not only perceive, but to create human or animal art ( animated ) on inanimate substrates! Hallelujah can I get an amen! Laura is in the house and she did her homework!! Whoo!
@@Creekstain I thank you Mr. Creekstain! Some of my family thinks I'm bonkers, yet, it's the uninhibited ones under 10 years old that see what I see😂👀 Their minds are like parachutes....their open🤫
@@laurarobertson3196 you betcha! The young mind not yet tainted with taught falsehoods. Some people have a hard time accepting they have been fooled or mislead so they lash out. They just need to calm down and take the time to look at them for what they really are. Some will never see no matter how hard you try. The more people get into this, the better. We all find museum quality pieces. Undeniable pieces. Denying them makes one look foolish with all the examples we have globally. Thank you Laura!
GOOD EYE!
Thank you for the kind words!
I connec stone here in Baja California... I believe the petriglyph may be an arm of a T Rex and may sound strange but the head is next to it also mouth and eye (found a several dino-like Stone figure and others too)
Absolutely. We know they carved what they saw. There are a lot of dragon depictions as well. Maybe dragons and dinos are one in the same. They have found giant animal skulls with spearpoints stuck in the skull. That puts hominiod or human alive during that time.
Those are rocks. 💯% not effigy stones. I'm not even trying to be rude.
I encourage you to research the matter for yourself. I, along with many others say otherwise. I used to think they were just rocks too. Upon examination and study of the art you see signs of workmanship as well as multifaceted depictions of humans and animals. It sounds crazy and I get called crazy all the time. Effigies. Once you have learned and studied the art and styles, they are very much undeniable and easily found.
@Creekstain Dude, I'm sorry. I've studied Native American artifacts, including effigies, for many years now. Very much more in the past 2 years. Bless your heart for seeing figures in those rocks, including everyone else. It doesn't mean they are an effigy. Just because a cloud looks like a castle or face doesn't mean it was man made. Why would you assume that with these rocks? The title says "Effigy Stones - Petroglyphs" these are stones that look like something, not effigies nor Petroglyphs.
@@EvanRobinson85 I'm sorry you don't see the carvings. I didn't get my subs by lying to people. The carvings are literally there. There is no hey it kinda looks like blank. It's literally carved into the rock. Common repeating motifs found all over the world.
@Creekstain lol I see the face and the elephant, but they were not man-made. You can think what you want, but it doesn't make it true. The face has natural fractures (carving) the face. The elephant was natural water erosion. My fiancée found the letter "A" made of Hematite. I bet if you found it you would think it was an artifact.
@@EvanRobinson85 blah blah blah, Water erosion 🤣 them glaciers too huh? Keep eating what they feed you.
smoke another one dude 😅
Lol I get that a lot. Would it be any more convincing to you if I did partake? Probably not. It's old indigenous rock art , this is the portable kind 🪨 not the statues or monuments 🗿
Dude its a rock. Your being insulting to the indigenous. They were great craftsmen and made beautiful artifacts. These are plain old rocks you picked up, please stop these ridiculous videos!!
You don't have a clue what you are talking about. If you don't like what you see, move along.
I think they know more than you.
@@Creekstain are you serious? This guys a joke and hes trolling all of you. He said one looks like a gorilla, how the hell would a native american know what a gorilla was? Post this stuff on any credible artifact page and watch and learn.
@@EvanRobinson85 obviously not! These are plain ol rocks! You guys have good imaginations, i’ll give you that!
@@ricklanser4689 there were deleted comments. I agree these are just rocks. Always have.
