So does that mean someone also has the opposite the power of eri? And they tried to capture eraser head to make the process of making erasure bullets easier? Will the effect of eri's powers be able to wear out? If quirks manifest at the age of 4_ or So does that mean the quirk of that person will return after 4 years?

Think of how a human foetus develops limbs and head after a few weeks in the womb. Now imagine if somebody removes the genes to develop arms of the foetus.
