    The amount of cutlery I've thrown away over the years I could have made a flock of birds .

    Just saw your bird video. Looks like the only thing I didn't think of was 2 bearing for the eyes. Other than that we're making the same exact bird. What a hoot. I've done woodpeckers and put holes in the feet to mount them to a split log with a wooden base with a felt bottom

      The box with the alphabet is filled with so-called "strike letters" when you hit a hammer on it, an imprint of a letter remains in the metal.

    Mein erster Vogel ist in Arbeit dank Deines wunderbaren Videos! Danke nochmal ❣️
    Jetzt habe ich mal eine Frage an den Fachmann : Ich habe ein altes Besteck zum Basteln bekommen . Gestempelt mit AG-800 . Ich dachte , das wäre versilbertes Edelstahl!? Zu schweißen ist es jedenfalls nicht ! Kann ich das nur löten oder gar nicht verwenden??
    Ich wünsche Dir schon mal ein schönes Wochenende und bleib gesund!
    ( Anekdote am Rande : Ich habe im letzten Jahr diese 2 Liebenden aus Kranhaken nachgebaut , nachdem ich ein Foto davon gesehen habe . Da wusste ich noch gar nicht, dass das von Dir ist !! 😅👍🎹🎼)

      Wie schön, dass Sie mit einem Vogel arbeiten!
      Ich denke, das Besteck, das Sie verwenden möchten, ist versilbertes Messing, das fast unmöglich zu schweißen ist.
      Edelstahl ist besser.

      My welder is an Headux Titan MIG 195, I use 0,8 mm wire with gas.

      It will be possible,but the fluxcore makes lot’s of spatters ,so you have to clean more.

      Yes I made that table myself from all steel and it stands on my iron work bench.

      No, normal wire, then clear coating, that’s good.

      The MIG settings are low but smooth welding , normal wire 0,8 mm .
