Just saw your bird video. Looks like the only thing I didn't think of was 2 bearing for the eyes. Other than that we're making the same exact bird. What a hoot. I've done woodpeckers and put holes in the feet to mount them to a split log with a wooden base with a felt bottom
Thanks for watching Bob, yes it fun to birds from cutlery!
Thank you for all your hard work.

Thanks for watching David !
Nice work
Thanks 🙏
hello very good job, I hope you can answer me excuse me that box full of metal that has the alphabet what is it called or as I ask
The box with the alphabet is filled with so-called "strike letters" when you hit a hammer on it, an imprint of a letter remains in the metal.
Since I do not have a welder I wonder if this can be done with solder
Thanks for watching, but solder is difficult with stainless steel parts.
Wonderful.
Thanks 🙏
Thanks for watching, have a nice day!
Hallo Bert !
Mein erster Vogel ist in Arbeit dank Deines wunderbaren Videos! Danke nochmal ❣️
Great piece of art. Is that bird a “SpoonBill”. Lol
Thanks Greg,
Thanks for watching 🙏🙏
Have a nice day!
😂😂
Oh and could you please tell me what type of drill bit you were using for the bird’s legs? Where you’ve welded them to the body.
It’s a Tungsten Carbide bit.
Fabulous artistry! Do you sell the birds? And if so, how could I purchase one?❤️
Thanks for watching and your nice comment Wendy!
At this moment I don’t have birds for sale, maybe later this year.
What is your weld set up? Welder, wire , and is it gas or fluxcore. Thanks.
Hello Christopher,
My welder is an Headux Titan MIG 195, I use 0,8 mm wire with gas.
greetings.
Thanks for watching my video!!
@@BrutusMetalArt would did be possible to do what you do with 0.30 fluxcore wire?
It will be possible, but the fluxcore makes lot’s of spatters ,so you have to clean more.
@@BrutusMetalArt amazing work!! Do you use tri-mixture gas or the argon/carbon dioxide? Thanks ahead
Came here from your Facebook polishing post. Very impressive! Thanks for posting!! Subscribed
Thanks Mike for watching and subscribing ! Have a nice day !
What type of welder are you using? Super interesting and beautiful!
Thanks! Thanks for watching.
My welder is a Headux TitanMig 195.
❤❤❤❤
Thanks 🙏
Can I ask what wires you was using please
Hello Nigel, I’m using 0,8mm universal steel wire.
Is that lead sheeting bent around the jaws of your vice ? Or alum?
That are aluminium jaws.
How are you welding without clamping the bird? Is the table grounded?
Yes I made that table myself from all steel and it stands on my iron work bench.
See the video:

Do you use stainless steel wire in the mig welder ?
No, normal wire, then clear coating, that’s good.
Antiques Roadhouse 2055 - 1 million dollars.
HaHa thanks for watching!
Awesome work!! What are your mig settings?
Thanks!
The MIG settings are low but smooth welding , normal wire 0,8 mm .
Nice bro
