They got ready for the quarantine/lockdown even before it was imposed! There are probably other houses that are bigger than their house but what is impressive, and what Doug has been harping from beginning to end, was that it was a collaboration, researched, well thought-out and family-oriented. It's a smart house. Everything is controlled in a celphone. So turning off the lights is not a prob. I've been following this family for so long and those kids were homeschooled.

To have a huge and luxurious house like that is a blessing.But for me owning a simple fair house size is enough as long as your house build with a complete family full of love and understanding.
This family is a celebrity, every single one of them. And they have guests coming over that is why they really thought well of what to do with their house. I can see their weekends full of guests coming over. Ot staying overnight.
It might be excessive to some, a comfort to others who worked so hard to have it. To each his own......
Positive side i saw in it...... it is very well-planned extravaganza!
Water-filtration system, solar panels, and garden coming up...... the three most basic needs to run a household, a big one in that case. 🤗

You build a house to make it your home. And to make it your home, you design it according to how you want it to be. Each individual envisions their home differently. One may need or want a luxurious one another may just want a simple one no matter how rich, whatever that makes you call it a home.
They worked hard for it, they didn't cheat or steal to gain their wealth. Actually their house is nothing compared to American mansions that cost millions of dollars. We may not relate or understand but we could choose to be happy that atleast someone else is winning in life instead of being negative abt it.
True...Di natin alam kung anong hirap ang pinagdaanan nilang mag asawa para makuha ang dream house nila. So why not to have this luxury house kung afford naman nila. And dream nila yun para sa mga anak nila.

If you're going to watch their other videos, this family is so humble despite of all the blessings they have. Siguro personal preference lang din talaga ng bawat isa pero if kasing yaman din nila ako I will also want a house like this and give my children the life that they deserved. Kahit naman kasi mayaman sila, still natuturuan pa din nila maging humble mga anak nila, I think that is more important than anything else.
They had a theater room in their old home but that one is the improved one :) i think they have a house tour video of that too :)

Their family became famous because they were so much fun to watch, they had a happy family since those three were born. Because they are so cute, especially when they were babies, so those kids have a lot of endorsements. You should watch their old videos to know why so many people are happy and love them so much. And take note, their parents also teach them to sell ice candy and juice to their neighbors to learn.

1. I admired Doug's planning skills.
2. I personally would love to have a great house, too, but not this big. That would be too impractical FOR ME. I grew up in a very simple family and enjoyed simple things. I still do. But this is THEIR dream house so congratulations to them. It's probably practical for them who didn't grew up in a similar environment. I tend to agree with Fabio, but I still consider that I come from a much different background from the Kramer couple.
3. I'd be happy enough to live in their old house. That's already an upgrade, LOL!!!!

They mean they share about the design doug personaly imagine the design doug has bright imagination architech help them but from interior to the brand they use ..its chesca ang doug's idea all of it...and they are also generous to their maids cause they give every maid each room.

They started facebook page with their daughters especially Kendra became more popular as a kid. They provide a more wholesome videos. After few years, they eventually became more visible as endorsers, promoter for some brands. As they build their new house, there are more improvement done. I think the kids will grow up okay, i know a few people who had worked with the parents, and everyone said that the couple is one of the kindest and most humble celebrities they've worked with, ESP the dad. And the maids are treated well, they took one of them to meet her kpop idol backstage.

haha you should't be shocked. people looking much with money is shocking but this family i think took time to build a home for them other than going out looking for other things they need. and they are celebrities. they need a space for people surely they got a lot of visitors and families. and normally a celebrity need a walk in closet for their stuffs. these people are family oriented. i like when they call it home not a house. happy with these people very humble that they know how to share and thank God for their blessings.
They usually have 30 guests all the time. check out the houses of Jennifer Lopez and other celebrities here in the house, this house is very small, no comparison like Shaq or other NBA players.
