Eh... kinda but not really haha. In this game there is no option to cooperate, the game always ends with a shootout.

While a good overview, some very importants elements are missing;
What decides who's my "teammate" ?
What happens in case of ties in rolls ??

In case of a tie, you both re-roll. The game is an individual game disguised as a team game. Your "teammates" will change throughout the game. Whoever is in your same establishment is your "team". The team/establishment at the end with the most gold goes to the final showdown and then fights among themselves to determine the winner.
