Saw Charley this past weekend and it was probably the best live show I’ve ever seen. The band was on fire. The opening bandy greyhounds was ripping too. Great night for live music. If anyone is considering going to see Charley you will not be disappointed.
@@PadraigMeh no they are trash, terrible vocalist, sounds were generic and boring. Sounded like something you’d hear on the streets. And If you know about charley crockett, your not going to be a rookie in indie music bud.
Terrific song, performance and vocals. Love the trumpet and lead guitar. Charley throws his notes around like echoes bouncing in an old limestone cavern. Bending, sliding and volume squeezing . A fabulous, soulful voice. Charley has a great future with such an original, authentic sound. Ah, singer/songwriters. The blue ribbon. Nice Danelectro guitar. Thanks so much, Charley.

I was talking about what sounds like an envelope filter on the pedal steel and maybe a bit on the guitar on this song. I've never heard them use it. I could be wrong about whether its an envelope filter or not........thanks again. Would love to see the whole show at some point. Just amazing!
