You can complete this the same way if he spawns in the shack up hill from the cantina. Just use a explosive in an brief case... set it off they all run out and you can go in and poison his wine. Obviously find a guard suit to put on for your only passive take down, then blow up, and poison.
It's cool how we have the same 3 targets again for Track 3 just like Track 2. I would expect something to change right? Nah! Did this first and did Track 2 in the reverse order. Simple. The Revolutionary is the only one that was a little bit of a challenge to me. The Politician is very easy to eliminate. Just shoot at the Outdoor Heater once.
The thing you always have to remember in hitman: There is usually at least one way to kill someone in an accident and one way to kill someone with poision

Hey i would love to know if you can eliminate the Ruchard Foreman the Chameleon in any methon in elusive target arcade it says eliminate using any method
I know there aren't a lot of hitman 2 elusive targets but cmon ioi. At least bring back the serial killer or mix the contracts up a bit with hitman 1, 2, 3 elusive targets in same contract.
@@drdean6186 It's not like the rule of "one knockout" does anything here. You can complete all of these easily anyway. If you have the custodian start on Isle of Sgail you can do it with zero knockouts and at that point you only need a knockout for the dude in Colombia.
@@PinataFreaks agreed. They picked a pretty useless complication for this one. Granted, they'll all be useless if they actually go through with making them optional. I actually liked the challenge, as frustrating as it might have been. RIP ETA difficulty.
Same, except I used a briefcase with remote detonated C4. I figure I get a bigger explosion that way, just in case I didn't quite have the arc of my throw down correctly and missed it landing at his feet 🤣
Did you have the lethal poison already In your load out? Every time I did, the guy wouldn’t spawn, and then the one time I started without it he spawned
It's super annoying that it's the same targets but put in a different order. The previous one was fairly easy. But this one just makes it more difficult.
I follow all steps and the guards and targets r always already in the spot I need set the traps 😂 it’s like IOI sees these guides and makes them 10 secs ahead of ur every step

Wow... look I know there wern't too many Hitman 2 ETs and they have no plans to bring back the undying, BUT THE SERIAL KILLER IS RIGHT OVER THERE!!!!!
there were 26 ET in H1 and only 7 in H2 (technically 6 since the undying returned) and 5 in H3.

The target was never in the upstairs room at the beginning, and no wine glass. Restarted a half dozen or more times, no difference.
