Considering the complete lack of debuffers on some teams, I'd hope that set would work as intended and it's only the description that is wrong. 15% ATK may sound much but it's not so it's certainly not game breaking and makes it much wider useable.
Lasts 10 seconds everytime someone casts a debuff. If you have 1 debuffer on your team that only casts a debuff with ult, then you have 50% uptime. Any other combination makes the uptime even better than 50%
Either most people know about this bug or they don't know. If most people already know, then the Devs would probably also know, so if they were going to patch it, they would regardless of this video. If most people don't know, I don't really need to exploit a secret bug to beat content that other people don't know about, do you? And as such, if they don't know, I would like let everyone know about it so they can use it as well, especially if it is never patched. I don't need an advantage over other people, especially due to a bug.
