Really helpful and just what I needed to hear right now!
Fabulous as always Mr Turner....
I really love tip number 5! Be willing to feel good. I think this idea came up on the retreat. There is a temptation to indulge in suffering after recovering from heartbreaks or sad periods and giving yourself permission to experience joy and happiness again.
Great tips Aaron, seeing where the mind can catch us.
Really found the tips helpful, and I think I'll watch again so I can write them down. But, honestly, just having Aaron talk to me felt so good it didn't really matter what he said - he put me at ease and inspired hope with his kindness. I hope that, in amongst all the clamour of the media and breaking news, his voice will be heard. Puts me in mind of 'the still small voice of calm' in one of my favorite hymns. (I'm done with Christian theology, but there are some jolly good hymns ...)
It really is this simple and Aaron explains this beautifully and succinctly. Rule 3; don't focus on the problem, has had the biggest impact on me. The amount of free, happy and productive time this allows me has been life changing.
Love tip 5!
This is perfect, thank you
Aaron... Thank you for sharing this insight into wellbeing and its constant existence. I believe fully in this but as we know, lives patterns can disconnect us. I will use this video for a regular reminder...
Thank you Aaron. So simple yet powerful. We've shared this with our list!
Lovely video, thanks for sharing. Wishing you a wonderful week!
Thank you Aaron! You are a beacon of light in a world of confusion and fear. Thank you for all that you do and for the gift of this video x
I just burst out laughing when you said half the group laughs when I say well being is always an option, and half the group gets angry.
I've been fortunate enough to have met Aaron nearly 8 years ago now. One Thought has been pivotal in my life, and that of the people I work with. Their transformative approach has given hope where there would be none, opportunity when there would be disaster, and love when there could be disinterest or hate. I could not recommend working with the One Thought team enough.
Thank you for this lovely reminder Aaron. So simple and yet so very very helpful. X
You can just feel there's something so true in what Aaron is saying. So simple, yet so eloquently put.
Having worked with Aaron and his team for years this understanding has helped both my team and I realise over and over again how easily accessible well-being is if only we look for it
Finding this really useful in these hard and unknown times
Great Aaron!
Thank you Aaron. Beautifully simple - and when feeling down it can seem like a mountain to climb to feel better. In this time where often life can seem overwhelming it is a lovely thing to hear short easy remedies which can be applied in my mind in the moment.
These top tips are so helpful. Aaron explains them in such a clear, simple and reassuring way and they really resonate with me: tip 5 especially.
I was lucky enough to attend some online sessions from OneThought last summer and the clarity of their approach to wellbeing definitely had an impact.
Aaron is so on point with his teachings and The One Thought approach to well being and more predominantly the mind. You need some of this in your life. It just makes sense..... Thank you
Love it thanks guys

Great, thanks; the sound is a bit dodgy.
