Haleem is sold as a special dish prepared throughout the world during the Ramadan and it has variants of chicken Haleem, mutton Haleem, beef Haleem as well veg Haleem, among which the most popular is the mutton Haleem. In our quest to explore the Best Ramzan street food in Hyderabad We visited this world-renowned place in Hyderabad for Mutton Haleem i.e, Pista House which serves the best Haleem in Hyderabad and tried capturing the Haleem Making Complete Process. Pista House follows the traditional and unique way of slow cooking and presents the perfect Hyderabadi Haleem Recipe.
The cooking procedure for Hyderabadi Mutton Haleem takes about 10 to 12 hours to complete. There are various processes involved in it right from cooking the meat and making it tender which itself takes around 8 to 10 hours and adding ingredients such as semolina,4 types of lentil, green chillies, spices, ghee, oil and many more. At the end the cooked haleem is served by garnishing with fried onions, sliced green chillies, coriander leaves, lemon wedges. However, haleem preparation varies in different regions.
