To get a product design role in a company, should one add a lot of UI (like the case study at 16:12), or should one follow the same strategy you mentioned in the middle?
is it worth to learn and make a career in UI/ UX as i saw internet on various platform people are saying that it is saturated and this field will replace by AI. So what is the possibility? and is this field will end soon?

Hey I would try to get a bit of experience recreating designed, and rinsing and repeating that process before going straight into freelance.
