We found our favorite Oregon town! Welcome to Bend!
This place is an outdoor adventurers paradise, as well as the brewery capital and sunniest place in Oregon. Situated near the Cascade Mtns and Deschutes National Forest there is outdoor activities galore like hiking, biking, rock climbing, paddling, kayaking, floating and white water rafting.
When we decided on coming to Oregon for this Travel Nurse contract we really had our sights set on Bend as our home base. Unfortunately that didn't work out 😞. However, we are super grateful to have spent an entire week exploring this incredible town with our friends from San Diego!
Hi! We are Thomas and Victoria, and we are starting our adventure as full-time RV newbies. We sold our stuff and bought a truck and RV (all within 5 months). That was an awesome event with the dogs. We drove 40 mins yesterday to take Cinder to his favorite dog park in Derry Nh. Then another half hour for a bath and treats. Pups make life worth living
