I’ve been climbing Scottish mountains for over 30 years. I’ve almost finished the 282 highest mountains in Scotland, collectively known as the Munros. As I’m getting closer to completing the Munros I thought I’d start making a series of walkthrough videos for all of the Munros.

lovely comprehensive vid - good guide - never been up here but done broad and gully buttress - this vid definitely has wetted the appetite to have a pop at it. shame you didn't film the crux, but if it has a good ledge underneath, then they never seem so bad. thanks for the vid

Hi, I've checked the video timestamps, I set of at 08:34 and got back to the van at 14:04.
5 and a 1/2 hours total, that included a lot more stoppages than a normal walk and a lost walkie talkie incident. Normally in the past it would take around 4 hours coming back down the main path (when I'm fit!)

I climb up to a max of about 7a on top rope, and have plenty of experience bouldering on rock, I’m quite bold but I’m not that experienced with scrambling. Is this route fairly sensible for me without cams etc?

Yes, you should have no trouble at all. My max top rope climb was 6c, and that's was at least 25 years ago and that was the last time I did any regular rock climbing.

I had the absolute time of my life up there. The video helped alot to be more secure on the route. Thanks so much!
