Takes me back to making and smoking sausage. We used my grandma's recipe. My dad had made a smoking barrel we used. Miss those days
I really enjoyed this video.... the people are just very nice, easy going, pleasant and knowledgeable.... liked his smoker and the sausages I could taste!!!!!
Great video. Thank you for capturing the past. The world needs more of the simpler times. I bet the flavor is amazing.
Nothing at all like fresh from the smoker!
Amazing video! Hope Traditions never die! Na Zdrowie !
As in the Polish national anthem: "poki my zyjemy!"
Thank you! great video
Awesome!
I havent seen Father Slumba from St.Francis hospital years ago!!
And now I’m hungry! Thanks for the cool video!
Zawsze trzeba popić, to tradycja.
I'm smoking some homemade kielbasa right this moment, using Cherry & pecan... But no wiśniówka!
Na zdrowie!
I was thinking of using the same wood combo. How did it turn out?
@@Grizzleback07 just ok. The cherry was light in flavor, almost non existent. I didn't notice much with pecan either.
Previously with cherry cut from my in laws yard it was very good. Def worth it if you can get some strong smelling cherry wood.
Yum! Thanks for the video. Know we just need the recipe for the Krupnic! :)
Published in "A Polish Christmas Eve" p 51.
Thank you for the great video!
I want to build a smoker like this but I have a couple questions
1) how high is the smoker the dimensions?
2) what is the diameter of the pipe?
3) how much of the smoker is buried under ground where the pipe meets?
Thank you in advance if you answer my inquiries!
I think just use your best judgement on all dimensions. Barrels are fairly standard sizes.
Look up a cooper to get yourself a barrel.
Wonderful, l wish I was there im smoking some store-bought kielbasa tomorrow won't be near as good but close as I can try,. Thank you so much
That definitely wasn't Captain Morgans or anything.
Is there anyway to get the recipe? Great video!
