I’m so glad that he pitches for my team. He hates being taken out of the game. When he’s still got stuff in him, you listen to him. I will never forget how pissed the entire mlb community was when Tabata leaned into the pitch. Even pirates fans hate him for it. The very next day, he was boo’d about as much, if not more than when Machado was in Milwaukee during the NLCS.

Jim Joyce made a mistake and owned up to it like a man. Tabata leaned into a pitch to break up a perfect game when down by 6 runs. A case could maybe be made if it were a 1 run game and he desperately wanted to get the tying run on base. But 6 runs down, 1 out away from a perfect game? That's chicken shit.
