what is the difference between tables and structure? in tables, the field values store permanently where as in structure , field values store only during runtime
All transaction, customizing and master data are stored in tables.....tables data can be found in SE16..whereas structure are used in ABAP programs to store values during runtime.

Yes but you need to practice same on server in order to get hands on experience.

any data you create in SAP needs to be stored somewhere, its called tables
