well I usually choose the most viewed clips. But yes if you see a clip thats funny you can submit it and I might choose it.

6 coin chests? No. but the thumbnail does suggest that there will be some kind of clip relevant to Jay and coin chests (or maybe getting a big win worth a lot of gold) -there wasn't, so it's completely fair to call it click bait.
No one is "taking it seriously" he's just pointing out the false advertising, do with that feedback what you will.
