The synchronization of CZcams videos in correlation to my life events is astounding.
Unfortunately, my social anxiety has controlled me my entire life. Recently, I wanted to become an art teacher. Stress was up too high and whenever I had to give a presentation I would panic and cry... not know what specifically to talk about for our chapters because I wanted to entertain others. I wanted to perfect it. Overall, I quit because I was too frightened. But this is my entire life, not just college.
Thank you for this video. If you have any other tips I would love to hear about them.
Outstanding advice, Liv. "Batching" is a great idea - sometimes we go for quantity before the quality comes. And slowing down (pacing) is important. The idea of "performance" for me (in the audio podcast realm) depends upon simply being comfortable in the medium - it can take time to get comfortable in a medium like video, audio, or even just writing.
God thank you so much 👏🏽 I’ve been on and off with the idea of creating content about adolescent mental health, what I’m passionate about & researching, I’ve planned things out so many times and can’t get past myself to just /try/ it. The anxiety and fear of embarrassment is overpowering sometimes, messages like these help so much with that 💖 thank you 💕
Seems like you have some important message to come through, be the channel for it to come out! :)
Thank you so much for this! I made a video on a whim 2 years ago that I’m just now trying to build off of and make more consecutive videos but it’s really hard for me! I LOVE your channels so I would be so grateful if you gave us more insight and tips for how you make your videos so wonderful.
Thank you for the advice. I agree about the part of not getting your message out there being...I would not say embarrassing but somehow restrictive...we all have to find our voice and/ or expression...I know I want to find mine much more and in time I will. I do have a tiny channel, talking about spiritual fringe topics...not a very popular thing but I like doing videos from time to time in the hope of maybe inspiring just one,or more than one person 💃 Thank you Liv for your content. Very much needed !! 🌻
Thanks for the advice!
Such a beautiful girl! Olivia you are truly an inspiration to me! Because of you, I’m gonna try to get my message out there! Thank you so much ♥️
I’ve wanted to do streaming and vlogging for a long time but I’m super self-conscious about my facial tics and the sound of my voice-I’ve always felt I just don’t have the facial control or voice for video, and I’m curious if you’ve ever struggled with something similar.
People will either accept you for who you are and subscribe, or they'll leave. Some might make nasty comments, but you don't want them on your channel anyway. Remember it's not really anything to do with you -- they make ugly comments because it's ugly in their own heads. If it's something you want don't let their ugliness stop you from spreading your own beautiful wings.
My son is severely autistic. He makes different noises and movements and people stare because humans are genetically programmed to notice things that are different. It's kept us alive as a species. I find my attitude makes all the difference. If I'm anxious, defensive, worrying, I don't see many friendly faces out there. If I am smiling and positive, they smile back, and we spread a little joy in the world. He is happy and having a wonderful time, and that's the most important thing.
Thanks for this!!
So good liv! Thanks!!!
Thank you so much for this 💕 it’s really helpful
Thank u for this video. Awesome perspective I didn't think of.
Wonderful Advice. Thank You for sharing! ❤️
Love It!
You have the most amazing outfits Olivia!
I don't imagine I'll ever be behind a camera, but these tips could also be used in social situations...where I do feel nervous. Thanks.
thank you!!! Recently I have been trying to be more true to myself; I love others, but it is so hard for me to talk to people without feeling super self conscious and insecure. This video is really what I needed, and it will give me the right mindset and motivation to finally get out of my head. Thank you Olivia!
This was a great video Olivia can you talk more on using nervousness turning it into your power and how this works? I am always very conscious of my self when I’m talking to people and I’d like to get over ‘the performance ‘ thx
I have actually been thinking about making videos about gardening and eating well, as I'm learning and getting healthier. Thanks for this.
You are so amazing 😘 Damn geography that keeps us far away otherwise we'll be best friends (I like to think that 😁)
Your incredible Liv! With a section of bloopers also in your video!jeje But the truth is that you have a natural talent for communication and empathy. You're also very creative! But like you say it's not easy came front a camera, and it's true we try to make a great performance with certain particular intonation like making a character or a big show, but its like you say that really not works. I tried to make good videos and there's a moment when I need to say, "but come on, this is not me" And that was the moment when I realized to be more natural when I speak. But your 5 tips are the best tips I ever heard before for making a video. And I ´ll try to follow all of them because I have certainly some projects and I will talk to you more about them later but your tips are great now for the moment. Also, your personal life stories when you were a kid and younger touching me so much, cause in a certain way I feel identify with them. Thank you for make us part of that.
I'd love to see your videos! Let me know when you make some :)
I´ll let you know! 😊 Thank you, dear!
Thank you so much for this video. I've been wanting to start my channel but I keep psyching myself out. I made a promise to myself this morning that it will happen this weekend. Thus video is perfect timing. Love both of your channels by the way 🤗❤
Amazing! What kinds of videos are you going to make?
@@LivKissper I am actually wanting to do a combination of healing and inspirational videos, sprinkled with some asmr 😊. It's been really helpful for me and I have been inspired and would like to try and share some of that healing energy with others as well.
Anna Walker let us know when it's up, I'll sub :)
@@sarasmr4278 I absolutely will!! Thank you 😊
I love your video because you looks so charming!
Over the past couple of months I've been toying around with the idea of starting a podcast about the Eye Care industry geared towards the consumer, but every time I try to start it my brain will be like "Who the Fuck cares dude, it's too niche and stupid and will never get off the ground. Try something else."
