Oh and Not by the Moon is Romeo and Juliet themed, so at the beginning you see them in a tent. The reason why is they are putting on the Romeo and Juliet play. At the end you see them leaving to travel to their next destination. And either Romeo and Juliet says “Oh swear not by the moon for it’s forever changing”. Hence the song title, you also see the lyrics that they used Dye for two meanings, dye as in color and dye and in being dead. You also see one of the members Youngjae (also the one who hit the high note at the very end of the song) on a casket, Jackson is the King, one of the members Jay B (who is also the leader and hit the high note towards the bridge of the song, the one with long hair) is holding a vile of poison and places it down in the middle which seems to have different moon phases. Also Jinyoung was on a balcony.
Ohhh yes, i love got7 and i regret not stanning them before. There's this JYP performance they did together with Twice, Stray Kidz and Day 6, and it's worth checking out too! I believe it's called the JYP special stage. Also I can really recommend Got7's solo stuff, they have all been dropping bangers after they left JYPE.
Finally! I found some wise youtubers! What you said is fact that GOT7 is not target to teenagers. Most of us is late 20s - 50s. To understand the meaning of GOT7 songs need some experience especially their b-side track. Thank you open your mind to watch GOT7 songs. 🙏

Yes after they left jype and signed under different labels they now focus on their solo stuff and dropping album/single, for member called Jinyoung he mostly focused on his acting career, he already has 2 drama + shoot for 3 movies after left jype, but between his busy schedule he released a single for keeping promises and telling fans that he will continue being a singer despite his busy schedule as an actor

GOT7 is a South Korean boy band formed by JYP Entertainment. The group is composed of seven members: Jay B, Mark, Jackson, Jinyoung, Youngjae, BamBam, and Yugyeom. Got7 debuted in January 2014. It is a multi-national group consisting of 4 members from Korea, Mark is a Taiwanese American from LA, USA, Jackson is from Hong Kong, China, & Bambam is from Bangkok, Thailand.
Thank you for checking them out. Idk if you noticed but they used to be under JYPE aka big brothers of Twice, Stray Kids and Itzy. Got7 debuted in 2014 and they were young so their older songs would appeal to teenagers during that time because the group age was teenagers to young adults. So as they grew so did their music. So they are a 3rd generation group along with Mamamoo, BTS, Red Velvet and ect.
Mark was the one with the baritone voice he’s a rapper as well, but you can see he can change his tone according to what type of song they’re doing. Mark is also American hence the fluent English and he’s of Taiwanese decent so he can speak mandarin as well. The whole group can speak many different languages. Like one of the other rappers is Bambam and he’s Thai so he can speak English fluently as well as Jackson and a Korean member named Jinyoung. Jay B the leader can also speak in English as well although he might not be fluent he can still speak it.
But yeah I really do recommend checking out 2 dance practices aka both the songs you watched you should watch the dance practices for them.
And yes got7 are trained to be for particular positions just as idol get in kpop but they all are multi-talented. All seven members can rap, sing and dance. Some of them are in acting too. You need to check out GOT7 amazing vocal compilation.
NBTM is baser on romeo and Juliet. YCMN is written for their fans.

Their older songs were more targeted to a teenage audiance, but they are super catchy, if you check those out you might find some familiar faces :). Im excited to see what else you got for us.

Jackson was trained as a rapper mainly because his vocal tone isn’t standard in kpop and JYPE didn’t really have faith in him vocally. However, Jayb the leader of GOT7 could see Jackson’s potential. As Jayb grew into being the main producer/writer (all of the members write and produce but Jayb has done the most for them) of GOT7 he took a chance on Jackson and started giving him vocal parts and chorus parts. This changed the game for G7 and Jackson as this became a huge part of G7’s signature sound. Jackson has said that as a songwriter the parts he loves most and that he feels shows off his vocal style best are the parts given to him by JayB. However, Jackson mostly raps in title tracks for G7 because most of their title track are written/produced by the owner of the company JYP. Fans have always said that true G7 sound are their Btracks and the few title tracks that members got to write/produce themselves. I would suggest the following to really get to know G7 musically

Got7 was with JYP same as Twice. They left in 2021. They are now in lots of diffeerent companies doing solo work. Please check out their solo work too. They are still Got7 still. Jackson and Mark and Bambam are the rappers. The other 4 are vocalists. Jackson is from China and Bambam is from Thailand and Mark is from the US(LA) and the other 4 are from Korea.
Personally recommend you to watch their poison, aura and page although they don't have official mv. Also react to their miracle, breath and last peice.

Their Miracle song inspired by a fan who got leukemia hoping to see GOT7 when she's still alive then Mark's sister saw that story and told to Got7 members and they write Miracle to dedicate.

Ahh you will get more comments abiyt their disbandment from my fellow kpop stans who choose to show sympathy in reaction channel comments 😐. But here is the thing , it is pretty much complicated ad new for accepting in kpop norms. Got7 contract get over in Jan 2021 after that members signed with different companies for solo stuff. Got7 owned their trademark and are signed a trial contract under warner music and they released a single called 'Encore' in February 2021 after leaving ex-company. They aspire to keep up group in future too, there will be activities whenever will members get time.
Their contract with the agency is over, and everyone's at their own business💔💔
