I'd personally offload bamford. He would be a huge saving on the wage bill. Put faith in matteo joseph as our striker and use bamfords wage to get a couple of decent loans in
Max Aarons for RB?
Ya getting a bit nervous as I feel the squad is quite light and fearful of more departures. The 49ers have to get this window right - I believe we must hold onto one of Gnonto and Summerville personally. Add full backs and centre backs. Would love a new GK, 10 and 9 along with a CM but that all sounds too much

I hope so, always liked the kid his form just seemed to fall off after the World Cup. Feel like he could have a similar revival as Dan James last season, only time will tell

yeah feel very under prepared. smashed psr sheets and books looking great. but hugely unprepared for season. going to be going into pre season games with no structure on pitch and no idea if half the players will still be here at end of August or not. August cost us last season with dropped points. looks like same will happen again.
Aaronson has a point to prove and seems willing to do so. If he doesn't he's in the wilderness. Hope he does well, as there is a player in there. Just needs a bit more physicality 😊
To move firpo on for any sort of fee would be fantastic and I'm guessing he's on a healthy wage. No way anyone is paying £10 mill for rasmus but if we got that then superb. Rather pay £7 mill for van ewijk than bogle but at this point any right back would be a bonus. We must have targets for full backs, we can't be leaving it until last minute again. Can't afford to start the season on the back foot.

I’ll judge the 49ers at the end of the transfer window. However… we’re looking thin with quality and depth of squad! We need quality and depth. We have a long hard season and players need rotation to help keep fresh.

Everyone seems to think we walk this league. We had no bench last year and if we did Farke didn't make subs until the game had gone. Luton are going to be a really good team, Burnley have spent money and will be no mugs, Sheffield with what they have done so far look good. We have sold a lot and for me we are short in most areas. Rutter is great but when he isn't we looked woeful in midfield. I really hope we do well but again we are leaving it really late. 😁😁
I want to know what the 49ers are doing to strengthen a squad that fell short last season in both the chase for automatic promotion and the playoffs. I'm not interested in players who didn't want to play for Leeds last season and still don't want to this season!
well 49ers aren't saying anything until they've signed a player.
Remember Aaronson will be playing against Championship players Not premier league. So I think he'll excel in this league.
Also Rasmus has "hidden" talent, really he has Frankfurt. Honest
Connor we pretty much have to sell Summerville, unless he's willing to sign a new contract. Only 2 years left. Cos others no that they can low ball us. Knowing he won't sigh another contract and we have to sell. Maybe we'll say it's worth keeping for another year and he's ok with that , big if.
