I have been trying to take this reemerging discipline to the next level by observing the correlation of my thoughts and the birds actions.
Method - sitting quiet for while about 10 meters away from my bird bath in the morning and taking note of what happens when I decide to top the bird bath up.
I hear the same reassuring sound that I keep hearing whenever I am outside doing something positive for nature.
