There are days when we feel so happy that we don't want to lose that happiness for a time pero darating sa point na kahit anong gawin natin, makakaramdam tayo ng lungkot and we feel empty again. Pakiramdan natin masaya tayo pero sa maikling panahon lang pala dahil mas matagal pa palang manatili yung lungkot and we come to a point na hindi na natin kayang magpanggap na okay tayo kasi ang totoo naman talaga ay hindi. Pero sa panahong tayo ay wasak at tanging dilim ang siyang naaaniag, God becomes our compass. He never fails to give us light and hope when we are at our lowest. When we want to give up in life, He is always there to guide and save us. Hindi natin alam na unti unti na tayong nagiging okay until we realized that He is working to make us whole again. If there's one realization I got from this song, it would be the idea that having setbacks is okay and falling is just part of life, and getting back is living. May we all find the light in our darkest moments and restore the life that we are longing for a long time. Let God be our compass in finding the happiness and love that we deserve.

I dedicate this song to myself. I have had low self-esteem and have had anxiety and depression for a long time, but I want to say thank you to myself for not giving up after 20 years. When everything gets dark and all I can think of is to grab a rope and end everything, tapos bigla ko na lang maiisip lahat ng taong naging mabuti sakin, yung core memories ko sa mga taong nagmamahal sakin ng tunay parang biglang nag pi-play sa utak ko. Then I realized na ang daming beses akong naligtas and siguro may purpose pa ako. I always remind myself na maging kind kahit kanino, kasi di ko alam baka on that very moment, yung makakausap ko is experiencing their darkest times and nasa edge na sila at hinihintay lng na may makikinig, makaramdam at makadama.
