Hello chidav
I have been following your work and I must say you are doing well.
I wish to ask what is the average yield per bags of 50 kg of sweet potato per Hectare?
Thanks am waiting for the answer.
You should have about 8 to 10 tonnes per ha. That's about 150 to 200 bags of 50kg bag.
You didn't show us how you harvested the Yam again, its over 5 months.
Kindly go to yam playlist and see our harvestng preparatory video
@@ChidavAgriculturalHub Beleive me you did not do the video. You said you share the video with us after is time to harvest, that you will wait small till the price in the market comes up a bit.
Hello my brother good day, agsh what happened that u didn't show us the harvesting of the yams u planted in the bag
Oh, so sorry about that
I was away during the harvest.
@@ChidavAgriculturalHub is a pity, i was really looking 4ward 2 seeing the harvest
Good day , pls I want to know if I can leave my potteries in the soil till October, I just planted now but the issue is that in 3-4months time there will be excess potatoes in the market in my region which will make it too cheap and I don’t want to get another cost getting a warehouse to store them again, the land is in an upland
Is there a better I can hold and sell around October November
Better alternative is to plan your planting to allow you harvest when there will be scarcity.
If you leave your tubers in the soil after maturation, there's a high chance of them being eaten by rodent and a couple of them would begin to decay too.
