Before people say the Shaikh is wrong about women, perhaps go read some literature on the topic. He is 100% correct about the way men and women approach attraction and relationships with the opposite sex.
The primary mechanism of attraction for men is the way a woman looks. For women, physical attraction is not the primary. Before saying the Shaikh is incorrect, go read and educate yourselves first.

My opinion is contrary.
1) The hadith he mentioned is authentic, but at that time the hijab ayat didn't come. Later on the ayat came and ask women and men to lower their gaze and women to cover themselves.
2) Secondly, Hazrat Ayesha was a kid at the time, and like normal kids who love to see something entertaining like a game or sports. She was also a kid and it was a kind of entertainment for them and Prophet SAW allowed her to look at them as long as she was satisfied.

The example that Sheikh gave is a bit misleading in my opinion. I’m pretty sure especially where I’m from if a very handsome man walked in front 20 women I’m certain most will look as well. Even in the Quran we have the example of Yusuf (AS) and his story where all the ladies cut themselves because they where distracted by looking at Yusuf (AS). I agree there are differences in how women and men see beauty and choose one another but don’t be mistaken beauty is beauty regardless if you are a man or woman

Both gender shouldn't wear tight clothes... sheikh assim al hakeem said for men its not recommended to wear tight jeans bit if they wear its permissible cuz the tightness of the awra of the man is nothin compared to tht of the tightness of the awrah of the women. The hadith says they where training with their spears. It didn't mention them being uncovered. So we can assume that they were covered.

Ash-Shaykh Albaani, may Allaah have mercy upon him, said this for MEN who wear tight pants:
“(As) for Wearing pantaloon (i.e. tight pants), then we have spoken about it numerously. It is a foreign type of clothing. It is not permissible for a Muslim to wear it … (rather), wearing it in the prayer is more
deserving to be rebuked due to it showing the shape of the major awrah and the minor awrah. It shows the shape of the private parts and it
shows the shape of the thighs. In reality, those who are afflicted with the clothing pantaloon (i.e. tight pants) should bring to attention to themselves that it is appropriate they be like the women (by praying in the last rows of the congregation prayer), The best of the rows of the women is the last of it.”

Salam brother - to some extend i agree with you. Women today usually not as shy as 1500 years ago. But there still some modest shy ladies around. Besides in one surah it is mentioned the women stared at Prophet Yusuf due to his beauty. Nonetheless i do agree with you - both men and women - better we try to lower our gaze. On the streets, in social media etc - good looking people like to show off to attract attention - so both men and women can end up committing zina with our eyes. And its not easy nowadays! May Allah protect us and forgive our transgressions.

I think Women also obligated to lower the gaze because there is a reason why Allah SWT say the women also to obligated to lower gaze in An Nur 31.
If Syekh told women didn’t need lower the gaze ,why Allah put the command to lower the gaze in that verse (An nur 31) ,So contradiction.
I believe Allah SWT as the creator know Women also like man ,as Allah imbued the desire for them.
The case is different with the hijab.The Reason Why Man didn’t wear it because there is no single verse which tell men to wear hijab .but it told to the women.
But for lower the gaze ,Allah SWT mentioned both gender.

You can’t watch people kissing, cause public display of affection is Haraam.
Well movies are full of haram stuff anyway such as music, display of half-naked people, haram ideas that cause fitnah (premarital relationships, drinking, drugs, gambling etc.) so it is not permissible to watch them. May Allah guide us.

Wht you mean by "Can" here? Did you mean ALLOWED by "can" or Just CAPABLE? Second one might be possible since you are woman. But that still does not make it permissible for you to watch it.
This is a common misconeption among muslims that they think if they do not get turned on by seeing somethin, it's okay for them to see that.
It is usully heard from women since they arr not that visual as men they can see and watch many things without getting turned on so they think it's okay for them. No, it's not okay for them like it is not okay for a man to look at other men's private parts even though it doen't make them turned on.
Therr are things which we are not supposed to look at, whether they make us feel like looking at them or not.
