High Protein High Fiber French Toast

- High Protein French Toast is definitely one of my favorite meals. The high fiber keeps me full and French toast is always delicious!
After you subtract the calories from fiber and before you add any syrup, this recipe totals:
54g Protein
4g Carbs (plus 36g Fiber not included in calorie count)
4g Fat
290 Total Calories (not including fiber)
If you include all the fiber in your calorie calculations, you get:
54g Protein
40g Carbs (includes fiber)
4g Fat
434 Total Calories (includes all fiber)
The numbers don't all add up perfectly, but that's how the labeling on the bread reads.
