I hope this isn't the clean part of the city that's being showen all of philadelphia should look like that no tents no homeless on the streets no zombie drug addicts they should oper a big space or park area with sanitary and washing facilities for the homeless and and the addicts and give them clean tents to live in but if the dirty filthy areas is after being cleaned up and swept and washed then who ever got it done deserves to be the govenor of philadelphia 😊
