Of course it's genetic 😢. Your children inherits your DNA information. If your fit and healthy without any illness chances are your kid will be too. My family have a history of high blood pressure and nothing else. Everyone is tall and fit without bad habits etc but everyone is a jack. Most time I try not to be a jack but it's genetic
