Why High Voltage wires have current feeling when we are near by ?
There is a capacitance between earth and the transmission line conductor, so there is already a minor current flow/discharge occurring in the air since air is a dielectric material. So, when you pass through the lines, your body gives additional capacitance to the already discharging charges. So you feel the current.
