When I was in Jr. High years ago we ran basically the short punt with unbalanced line and a full house back field direct snaps to all 4 backs it was Coach Charlie Stephens base offense...2 guards, 1 tackle and 1 TE to the right of center running backs were numbered 1 thru 4 with we didn't call him a quarter back but, he was the Tailback i was the 1 back or Blocking Back and slash reciever short passes. the offensive line was toe to toe in a 4 point stance the strong side TE had a bout a 11/2 ft. Gap from the tackle.
Unbalanced formations are tough to stop if you have good o line and capable taiobacks, I first saw it used extensively at Arkansas in 07 with David Lee QB Coach and Gus Malzahn O Coordinator directing that Wildhog Offense
outstanding!! im on my wife account but i coach american football in russia! i will forsure add this unbalanced line!!!
what software are you using to draw the lines on the screen?
What are the cons of this formation
Not sure if I get the first one, seems like a terribly executed play in which a running back broke a bad tackle. It's difficult to really give someone clear room to run in any system but there wasn't any counterplay to explain the lineman in his face.
That was all RB...
Great video, but you're mispronouncing the Florida RB's name. It's Mike Gillislee, more phonetically shown as (Gill-is-lee).
1st play was luck,LSU D won that play
