There was just a brief reference to movement, and the reference was towards PT. Segmental movement, and systematic chain movement is the most effective management of pain, surgery is often not effective, yet that’s about all they are talking about. Try chiropractic intervention and make sure you go to one that will offer rehabilitation exercises first before considering surgery
Surgery is very effective. Lots of trials studies available. Seeing a chiro if you have herniated disc is dangerous.

Onion, 2 hours cooking, nice condensation we have then, then ice in it, 6 cubes, 2 cubes of condensated, frozen raspberries, yeah, 2 cubes of that, some paracetamol, 2 apaps's fine, but in a warm water, before you decide to conect it together, make sure the micsture frome the first go, went almost cold. Then shake both, saparetely, mix together, put 3 drops of lemon, 5 pinches of paper, done. The choice is yours. Anytime. Xx
