@@littlelonnie1444 taxes. The house can be paid for but you still have to pay property taxes every year on the home. That's how it can be in foreclosure. Now whether or not it's TRUE I cant speak to that lol. Hopefully it's not true.

The difference between Kenya and Sheree home is Sheree designed her home with guest in mind with the use of a professional designer to the stars while Kenya personally designed "pretty" rooms that appeal to her.

I think it’s more of the style of the home. Sheree’s house is a chateau style home and Kenya’s is a more modern, contemporary style.

Kenya built and designed an afforable home, that's intelligence. Sheree's home isn't a "home", it's a "showoff" house that took way too long to build and is very expensive. Her children will be gone in a few years. That house was built to sell for a profit.

Kenya talk so much about her item she had in her closet where is Sheree didn't have to talk about her worldly possessions her home said it all when you walked in and greeted you as well as anyone who walks in Kenya was neat but it was something that every working class person has charades house was over the top and it reminded me of a beautiful Villa with beautiful windows that you could just sit there for hours and just read your books just know that you're in heaven on her great job and I just hope that you can keep such a lovely home because I'm not sure how much it was but it looks very expensive and hopefully you have made enough money selling your books as well as everything else you've done to a man change such a beautiful property if not rented out and take the money and build something else you go girl

I liked the rooms that were shown but where's the rest of it? Would have liked to see the essentials of the house like her kitchen, living room, basement (if any), but those walls in her glam room were stunning.
