I ate Haritaki with hot water mix unfortunately i face first left side heart pain i admitted hospital after the check with Angio very small block at side line nerves they tood in this regard no need any surgery but give some medicine after one month again i started to i ate Haritaki powder with water some times i mix block tea after that again i face right side heart pain admitted hospital doctor found lungs blood clot in this regard please before you eat consult your siddah or ayuevedic or alopathy doctor
now not i am not eating Haritaki powder ther is no heart lungs blood clot
