well the way I see it is Spinal has no set in stone ethnicity because if you translate the lyrics it's basically a group of warriors trying to summon Spinal to lead them in battle and practically anyone could learn a chant to summon an undead warrior. He even has a crusader, Egyptian, viking, and even prehistoric to go along with his pirate one to show he has been everywhere and fought with many types of warriors. So I find a pirate yelling Spanish while being sung of in Swedish believable
