Three things the guests always want to use:
1.) Hot tub or jacuzzi
2.) A slide
3.) Jet skis, Sea Doos, Wave Runners
Outdoor Dining is a standard must have. A skylounge, especially with a videogame rack for kids, and sometimes adults is also a must. Then adults games like beer pong, cards, chess, other board games.
If you are offering charter and do not have jet skis, a slide or a jacuzzi, then there must be some other attraction for your yacht like you are tw famous Yachttubers, but that won't be worth the price so,you better have a phenomenal diving program, spearfishing honey holes, great fishing spots, kite surfing, e-boards, hydrofoil, sea bobs, wake boards amd a stellar chef. Just saying. A hot tub I always used and guests love to rip on jet skis and explore around. A slide does get used often, even though crew hates it. Not saying it can't be done without those things...just not sure how booked you'll be.

A stunner, on the last tour I mentioned not liking having dark wood everywhere. This is exactly the styling that I like. Unfortunately, I'm a bit pushed for money at the moment 😅.

So, Tony I don't think I could ever turn down a Sanlorenzo but I have to say this 112 is the least of my favourites so far from the ones that I have seen so far, don't get me wrong I love the design and layout is fine,but the interiors and furnishings on this one just doesn't inspire me at all,very bland and uncomfortable looking to me,the BBQ placement looked like it was an oversight and squeezed in just to say we have one,but outside of that a great looking yacht and a great tour again thanks Tony,all the best from Cornwall and wishing you a Happy New Year, hoping you're new years resolution would be to do two episodes a week 🤞 Well I can hope 🤗👌👍

You've done a lot of beautiful Yachts Tony. This one ... not so much. I do like the super thick door on the can. You could really cut loose in there. Rest of it is way too IKEA like for my taste, and view from the helm looks to be abominable. Ok the upper lounge is cool. Must be hell to keep the "Sun Deck" looking so good. I can certainly see why one would want to sell her.
Suggestion ... see if you can do a video of Pendennis Yacht "Steel" I guarentee the interest would be huge.
Sometimes it doesn't look as luxurious on camera but I can attest that the furniture was extremely high quality stuff but I get what you mean. Interior design all comes down to preference and personal taste. I would love to tour that yacht if I had the chance.

We weren't able to film it but the staircase in the galley leads down to the crew mess and their cabins.

Is it just me.......or do those couches in the main salon and the bench on the aft cockpit look really awkward and uncomfortable??
That TV in the master suite is useless. It's too close and unless it tilts forward, there Is no way to watch it well. Not that people watch much TV on the yachts. Unless it's a long passage in rough weather, the TV is rarely used. I've been I yachts 2 years old and the plastic screen protector was still on.
I think it's overpriced!!
