Converting any photo to halftone in CorelDraw

In this video I will show you how to convert a black and white photo to halftone. Halftone is popular in t-shirt printing because the cost of the ink is minimal. This will save ink and time.

Is there a way to make and use a custom half tone pattern to apply to the photo. A line or circular pattern. If so could you do more videos on this. I do not think CorelDraws paint program allows for custom half tone pattern to be imported. It would allow for a lot more creative styles if it could be done. Thank you.
