Downtown is still a dumpster, they just painted it nicely. I went to carroll creek and junkies were just sitting everywhere. It's very deciving, you are always one street away from a ghetto

Completely false. I live in Frederick, and statistically, Fredericks crime rates are extremely low, even in the “ghetto” areas. Carroll Creek doesn’t have junkies, like, anywhere. Street performers? Sure. But no junkies. I come from a real ghetto, Reading PA, so Frederick seems like a safe heaven.
